In accordance with PAGCOR requirements and the Philippines' Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), 747old conducts KYC verification on all accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests and at such other times as the platform deems necessary. KYC verification requires submission of:
747old reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of the request will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and may result in account closure.
You are responsible for all activity on your account. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. 747old will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify 747old's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
747old accepts deposits via the following PAGCOR-approved Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 747old does not charge fees on deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.
Deposits are credited to your 747old wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within seconds for e-wallet transactions and up to 30 minutes for bank transfers. 747old is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and 747old's internal anti-fraud checks. Approved withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.
747old reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your verified name. Third-party withdrawal requests will not be processed.
Account balances that remain dormant (no login activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee of ₱50 or the remaining balance, whichever is lower, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified via their registered email or mobile number before any dormancy fee is applied.

Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds credited to a 747old account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is thirty (30) times the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period of the bonus, after which unmet requirements and associated bonus funds will expire and be forfeited.
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games generally contribute 100% of wager value. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error that affects a game round, 747old's system logs constitute the authoritative record. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 747old's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with your use of the Services shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you deposited in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) ₱10,000.
747old shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if 747old has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
747old does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party service disruptions may affect platform availability. 747old will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
747old processes your personal data in accordance with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. The collection, processing, storage, and protection of your personal information is governed by 747old's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By accepting these Terms, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of account management, KYC verification, AMLA compliance reporting, fraud prevention, and platform improvement.
747old reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 747old has reasonable grounds to believe that:
Upon account closure for cause, 747old reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where account closure is due to a breach of these Terms by you, 747old may forfeit your balance in whole or in part. Where account closure is initiated by 747old without fault on your part, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 747old's support team. Voluntary closure does not affect your obligations under these Terms that arose prior to closure.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the 747old Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines, being the seat of PAGCOR.
In the event of a dispute relating to your 747old account or a game outcome, you must first contact 747old's support team to initiate internal resolution. 747old will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within twenty-four (24) hours and provide a resolution within fourteen (14) calendar days.
If you are not satisfied with 747old's internal resolution, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR through its official player complaint channels. PAGCOR's decision on matters within its jurisdiction shall be final and binding on 747old.
All game results, once settled, are final. 747old's electronic records constitute the authoritative record of all game rounds and shall be binding in any dispute absent clear evidence of a documented technical error.
747old reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 747old will provide notice to registered players via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless earlier implementation is required by PAGCOR direction or by law.
Your continued use of the 747old Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services and request account closure.
